Synthetic Mica
synthetic mica is produced by hot melting method according to the chemical compositions and inner structures of natural mica. Synthetic mica forms through heating, melting, cooling and crystallization of several mineral materials. It has advantage of smoother surface, higher whiteness and purity. Synthetic mica is free from heavy metals that are harmful to human body . Therefore, synthetic mica is widely used in military industry, electronics and chemical industry etc.,becoming an important raw material for many cutting-edge products.Pearlescent pigment is produced from Synthetic mica scrap.
Compared to natural mica, Synthetic Mica have following characteristics:
1. High whiteness with pear uster.
2. High purity, basically have no impurity.
