About this product
Inorganic mineral insulated cable material is a solid combination made of pure nickel wire or copper wire, inorganic mineral insulation and metal sleeve three combination processing, suitable for high temperature environment (200℃~1000℃) use, can be used in corrosive environment, flame, metal solution and liquid immersion and other harsh conditions as an extension cable.
Armored thermocouple cable material is a solid composite made from a combination of thermocouple wires, inorganic mineral insulating materials, and metal sheaths. It is a key material for manufacturing armored thermocouples and is widely used in various industrial sectors and scientific and technological fields.
Characteristics: Small outer diameter, fast thermal response time, can be bent, long service life, good air tightness, wide temperature measurement range, and high pressure resistance. It can be used under conditions of narrow and curved installation pipelines.
Applicable temperature range: -200°C to 1300°C (optional). Suitable for various occasions with accuracy grades of 0.4%t and 0.75%t.
Thermocouple armor materials: K, N, E, J, T, S, R, B types, can be used in pairs or in duplicate. The outer sheath diameter ranges from Φ0.5 to Φ12.7, with a variety of outer sheath materials available.
