Installation Guidelines
  • Minimum bending radius when laying cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
  • YJV/YJLV cables are suitable for indoor, channel, and pipe laying, and can be buried in loose soil (cannot bear external forces)
  • YJV22/YJLV22 cables are designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces (but not large tensile forces)
  • Use specialized tools for cable laying (pay-off racks, guide rollers) to prevent mechanical damage
  • Keep cables away from heat sources during installation
  • When laying through pipes, inner diameter should not be less than 1.5 times the cable outer diameter
  • Do not squeeze cables when passing through pipes
  • Cable area should not exceed 40% of total pipe area
