Product Overview
XLPE Insulated Power Cables are essential components for transmitting and distributing electrical energy. These cables are widely used in urban underground power grids, power station outgoing lines, industrial and mining enterprise internal power supply systems, and underwater transmission lines across rivers. YJV cables serve as backbone cables in power transmission networks, typically installed in urban underground passages or buried directly underground.
Installation Precautions
Important Installation Guidelines:
The minimum bending radius when laying the cable must not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
YJV / YJLV cables are designed for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can be buried in loose soil where they cannot bear external forces
YJV22 / YJLV22 cables are suitable for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot承受 large tensile forces
Always use specialized tools for cable laying, such as pay-off racks and guide rollers, to prevent mechanical damage during installation and keep cables away from heat sources
When laying cables through pipes, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. Never squeeze the cable when passing through pipes, and ensure the total cable area does not exceed 40% of the total pipe area
