Surface Quality Requirements
Surface dimensions should be neat and well-distributed
Aluminum rod surface must be clean and free from flaws, wrinkles, wrong round, crackle, mess kink, and other usage-impairing defects
Slight mechanical rub speck, pit, or minor surface imperfections are permissible
