Installation Precautions
1. Minimum bending radius when laying cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
2. YJV/YJLV cables are suitable for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can be buried in loose soil that cannot bear external forces.
3. YJV22/YJLV22 cables are designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but not large tensile forces.
4. Use specialized tools for cable laying (pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc.) to prevent mechanical damage and keep away from heat sources.
5. When laying cable through pipes, the inner diameter should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. Do not squeeze the cable when passing through pipes. Total cable area should not exceed 40% of the pipe's total area.
