Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on LED light products?
A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample first.
Q3: How to deal with faulty products?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them, or discuss solutions including recall based on the situation.
Q4: Can I place a sample order for LED lights?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Both single samples and mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: How long does it take to ship goods after placing an order?
