This piezoelectric jetting valve is built to move thick fluids at high speed while working with a low to medium inlet pressure range. It is suitable for automated lines that need repeatable drops of high-viscosity adhesives or pastes without large pumps. Many lines cannot process thick adhesives quickly because valves need high pressure or frequent cleaning. Low throughput or frequent stoppage increases cost and reduces yield.
Thick fluids resist flow and need carefully matched drive energy, nozzle size, and inlet pressure. If any of these are wrong, the valve can sputter, form inconsistent drops, or clog more often.
This valve combines a robust piezo drive with a wide fluid path and nozzle options so viscous materials can be jetted reliably at 0.1–0.8 bar inlet pressure. It reduces dependency on high-pressure systems, simplifies setup, and lowers maintenance compared with narrow-path dispensers.
