The VS300 Series Desktop Visual Dispensing Machine is a micro-dispensing platform specifically developed for the demanding needs of automotive electronics, especially LiDAR module manufacturing and other advanced sensor assembly tasks. Equipped with a robust 4-axis motion system, the VS300 easily handles complex-shaped components, multi-surface dispensing, and variable angles, ensuring precision glue lines and dots even on irregular or inclined surfaces. Its column height extension design supports taller workpieces and stacked fixtures, expanding its flexibility for high-mix, high-value automotive applications. An optional flip module allows automatic rotation of workpieces during dispensing, minimizing manual repositioning and significantly improving UPH (units per hour).
