PW series horizontal shaft impact crusher was developed by our company in the early 2000s due to the high-power consumption, significant wear and tear, low sand production rate, and unsatisfactory shaping effects of various types of vertical shaft impact crushers both domestically and internationally. It is a new generation mechanism sand and shaping equipment that has now evolved to the third generation and the fourth generation (PWS series), which has been granted numerous national technical patents. This machine has a unique structure and features perfect functions of "rock-on-rock" and "rock-on-iron" multiple crushing and high-speed self-crushing shaping. Its technical performance leads the industry, and it is exclusively produced worldwide.
It is widely used in the production of mechanism sand and shaping for limestone, river pebbles, granite, basalt, metal ores, non-metallic ores, covering mechanism sand production and shaping for hydraulic and hydroelectric projects, highways, high-speed railways, bridges, airport runways, municipal engineering, and high-rise buildings.
