Little Dust Pollution Circular Vibrating Screening Machine , Double Layers Sieving Machine
Introduction:
Vibrating screening machine can be used in screening aggregate. There are single layer, double layers and three layers for choice. With one shaft, its movement is like a circle. It is widely used in various industries, such as coal dressing, mineral separation, building materials, electricity and chemical industry.
Structure:
The machine is mainly composed by mainframe, screening box, mesh, vibration exciter, eccentric bock, damper spring, etc. The lateral plate, beam and vibration exciter are connected by strength bolts and ring grooved lock bolts. The screen surface dip angle is adjusted by changing spring support to realize its height requirement.

Working Principle:
The vibrating screening machine adopts vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieving box were achieved through powerful centrifugal force. Materials in the sieve case can be separated and screened from sieve pore in this process.
