The performance characteristics of trough idler are as follows
1. The grooved idler has the characteristics of corrosion resistance: acid, alkali and salt have no corrosion effect on it.
2. The groove roller has strong hardness and wear resistance.
3. Good sealing performance: the grooved idler is fully sealed, with plastic labyrinth sealing rings at both ends, so that the oil and grease will not leak, which can make the rolling shaft work for a long time; the grooved idler is in a fully sealed state.
4. Ceramic surface of trough idler: it forms oxide film, has smooth surface, does not adhere to materials, and has small friction coefficient in contact with conveyor belt, which reduces the winch driving force.
5. Long service life of grooved idler: the grooved idler has a longer service life than the steel idler, and can reduce the belt wear, the belt does not run, and prolong the service life of the belt.
