Circular Vibrating Screen is used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or end use. The material is separated by passing through a vibrating “screen or meshes” which have several different sizes according to the customer’s requirements. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries. It features an advanced structure, powerful vibrating forces, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, high durability, etc.
Working Principle
An eccentric block circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, sieve, vibrator, damper spring, and so on. The vibrator is placed on the side plate of the screen box and rotates by the motor. It generates centrifugal inertia force that makes the screen box vibrate. The electromotor drives the coupling to make the eccentric block of the exciter rotate at high speed. The rotating eccentric block generates large centrifugal force and makes the screen box do circular movement in certain vibration amplitude. The material that is smaller than the sieve will drop down, thus realizing the purpose of classifying.
