Topical Application (On the Skin):
Dilution Rates:
General Use: 1-2% dilution (approx. 3-6 drops of essential oil per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil).
For Children, Elderly, or Sensitive Skin: 0.5-1% dilution (approx. 1-3 drops per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil).
For Specific Issues (short-term use): Up to 3-5% dilution, but best to consult an aromatherapist.
Patch Test: Before widespread use, apply a small amount of your diluted mixture to the inside of your elbow and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reaction.
Common Uses: Massage oils, rollerball blends, moisturizers, and salves.
