Types of Aluminum Perfume Sprayers

• Crimp Sprayers (Standard Type): This is the classic choice. The aluminum collar is permanently crimped (squeezed) onto a glass bottle's flange after filling. • Crimpless / Screw Sprayers (Modern Type): These feature internal threads that screw directly onto the bottle's neck, much like a standard bottle cap. They are more user-friendly for refillable bottles and small production runs, as no special crimping machine is required .

• Aluminum-Plastic (Hybrid Type): These have a thin aluminum outer shell over a plastic inner core. This is the most cost-effective way to get the premium metal look without the full cost of a solid metal mechanism .
