Vison Chemicals manufactures SS304 sanitary kombucha fermentation tanks engineered for the aerobic fermentation of sweetened tea into kombucha, a fermented tea beverage produced with a SCOBY culture. Each kombucha fermentation tank features a 2B mirror polished SS304 inner shell, a dimple heating and cooling jacket, a low-shear agitator and a sterile aeration system that maintains the dissolved oxygen the SCOBY bacteria and yeast culture requires. The sanitary design with a CIP spray ball and tri-clamp fittings supports batch after batch of consistent kombucha brewing for craft beverage producers.
