Function:

Crane high pressure hydraulic oil pumps mainly have the following roles:

1. **Power conversion and transfer**
   - **Torque into pressure**: the engine output of mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, the engine torque into the pressure of the hydraulic system, for the crane lifting, telescoping, luffing and other actions to provide a power source.
   - **Energy transfer medium**: as the energy transfer medium in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil is delivered to each actuator through pipelines and hydraulic components, so that the actuator can move according to the operator's intention and realize various functions of the crane.

2. **System Pressure Establishment**: **Establishment of High Pressure Environment**.
   - **Establishment of high-pressure environment**: In the hydraulic system of the crane, the high-pressure hydraulic oil pump is able to extract the hydraulic oil and deliver it to a higher pressure level, so as to establish the high-pressure environment of the whole hydraulic system, and to meet the demand of the crane for hydraulic pressure under different working conditions.

For example, by changing the output direction of the oil pump, the boom of the crane can be extended or retracted, and the hook can be raised or lowered.
