Function:
Crane electromagnetic reversing valve in the operation of the crane plays a vital role in the process, its main role can be summarized as follows:
1. Control the flow of hydraulic oil: the electromagnetic directional valve changes the position of the valve spool by controlling the current on and off, so as to realize the control of the flow of hydraulic oil. When the electromagnet is energized, the valve spool is attracted to one side, so that the corresponding oil port is open, the hydraulic oil can flow into or out of the executive element; when the electromagnet is de-energized, the valve spool in the spring or other force back to the initial position, close the corresponding oil port, thus changing the direction of flow of the hydraulic oil, and thus control the direction of movement of the crane institutions.
2. Adjusting the speed of movement: the flow of oil can be adjusted by changing the size of the opening of the valve spool, thus controlling the speed of movement of each mechanism of the crane. For example, when lifting or lowering heavy objects, by adjusting the opening size of the electromagnetic reversing valve, it can make the winch mechanism run at a suitable speed, avoiding shaking or collision of heavy objects due to too fast speed, and ensuring the safety and stability of the operation.
3. Realize remote control: the electromagnetic reversing valve is usually connected with the electrical control system, the operator can control the electromagnetic reversing valve remotely by controlling the switch or button and other electrical components in the cab, thus realizing the remote control of each mechanism of the crane. This remote control method not only improves the convenience of operation, but also enables the operator to work in a relatively safe position, reducing the risks that may be brought about by close-range operation.
4. Ensure system safety: In the hydraulic system of the crane, the solenoid reversing valve can also be used in conjunction with other safety devices, such as relief valves, pressure relays and so on. When the system pressure exceeds the set value or abnormal situation, these safety devices will send out a signal, so that the electromagnetic reversing valve to make the corresponding action, cut off the oil circuit or take other protective measures to prevent the system from overloading, damage to equipment and other safety accidents.
