Model Mastery: QZY embarked on an intricate model-making journey for this project, creating three distinct building models. Two 1:150 scale display models took center stage, showcasing the exquisite detailing of the apartments, podium, and commercial spaces. Additionally, a 1:300 scale external model and interior unit models were crafted to complete the comprehensive marketing toolkit.
Realism Redefined: The 1:150 scale building models, designed for display in the showroom, employed a realistic and immersive approach. Leveraging simulation techniques, the surrounding land plots were proportionately reduced, featuring glowing crystal representations. This ingenious method bridged the gap between the coastline and the project, emphasizing the unparalleled sea views and the project's prime geographical location.
Luxurious Detailing: Each element, from the main structures to the surrounding crystal buildings model, was meticulously created to exude opulence. Crystal-clear representations of adjacent buildings added a touch of luxury, enhancing the overall perception of the development's high-end character and its integration with the surrounding environment.
Production Time: The entire model-making process spanned 30 days, a testament to QZY's model makers' commitment to precision and excellence.
Shipping and Installation: The models, transported via sea freight, traversed the waters for three weeks before reaching their destination. Installation, a swift two-day process, ensured the models took pride of place in the showroom.
