Intelligent Synchronised Lighting & Audio System
The model adopts iPad centralised control, supporting manual switch mode and automatic performance mode. Lighting for residential units, public zones and the surrounding city context can be controlled separately. We customised a music-light interactive programme; the lighting sequence dynamically changes following music rhythm to stage exclusive light shows.
Integrated Urban Context Layout
The base platform adopts refined golden ratio layout design. Within limited space, we embedded miniature landmark models representing Dubai’s urban context, presenting the tower’s prime geographic location and surrounding transportation network, strengthening investors’ perception of project value.
Custom Sculptural Display Base
The tower model is matched with a streamlined solid display plinth. The whole set forms an independent art exhibit, ideal for luxury sales centres, international real estate expos and global investment promotion events.
The full production cycle spanned 45 days. Our engineering and craftsmanship team strictly controlled every assembly detail to ensure the finished model meets international high-end exhibition standards.
