This high-precision architectural concept model presents the full planning of Gemdale Xinsha urban complex. The model restores super-high-rise tower clusters, urban commercial complex, multi-layer underground commercial space, rooftop sky gardens and complete urban road landscape. Adopting ABS, acrylic and crystal customized materials, the model delivers high transparency, stable structure and ultra-realistic display effect, ideal for architectural bidding, real estate promotion and design exhibition.

1. High-Rise Building Facade Fine Restoration

The building exterior walls are strictly produced according to original CAD architectural drawings. We adopt high-quality ABS board for the main building structure and high-transparent acrylic for curtain wall and window simulation.
Precision CNC carving restores the dense grid lines, vertical facade divisions and hierarchical window layout of super high-rises. Built-in mini LED backlight system provides uniform internal lighting, clearly demonstrating the storey texture of office and residential buildings. The aerial corridor between towers is precisely scaled to reproduce the original architectural design.

2. Crystal Commercial Complex & Underground Space (Core Material Highlight)

Different from conventional model production,the entire commercial complex and underground multi-storey commercial structure adopts customized crystal casting technology.
High-purity crystal material is used to replace traditional transparent materials, featuring higher transparency, better light transmission, no yellowing and higher simulation degree. The layered layout of underground shopping streets, commercial corridors, parking spaces and vertical traffic systems can be clearly viewed from all angles, showing the complete functional structure of the commercial complex.

3. Rooftop Sky Garden & Urban Landscape Details

The rooftop sky garden and surrounding urban landscapes are finely handcrafted. We use imported miniature vegetation and simulation turf to build multi-level arbors, shrubs and flower beds. The urban road network, pavement texture and green belt layout are strictly scaled at 1:150, presenting a complete and delicate urban ecological scene.

4. Production Technology & Materials 

Main Building Structure: High-strength ABS board, CNC laser cutting and engraving, stable structure, anti-deformation, durable for long-term exhibition.
Curtain Wall & Window Material: High-transparent frosted acrylic, restoring real glass curtain wall texture and architectural light transmission effect.
Commercial & Underground Area: Custom high-purity crystal material, integral crystal casting molding, high clarity, no impurities, high-grade transparent display effect.
Lighting System: Low-voltage mini LED group control lighting system, independent switch control for different functional zones, soft and uniform light.
Landscape & Surface Treatment: Imported miniature plants, simulation turf and landscape sand material; matte surface painting to avoid reflection and improve overall realism.

6. Production Cycle & Lead Time

Standard production cycle for 1:150 high-rise complex crystal model: 18–28 working days after drawing confirmation and deposit confirmation. The whole process includes drawing sorting, CNC processing, crystal casting molding, acrylic polishing, light installation, landscape layout and strict quality inspection.

7. Packaging & Logistics

Export-grade Packaging: Adopt multi-layer shockproof EPE foam internal wrapping + integral fixing + thick export plywood wooden box. Effectively protect ABS, acrylic and crystal components from vibration, collision and cracking during long-distance transportation.
