This full community model covers complete planning layout including four super high-rise residential towers up to 100 meters, ground-floor commercial podiums and supporting kindergarten facilities.
We precisely restore the modern minimalist facade design, enclosed central landscape courtyard, urban municipal road network and complete supporting commercial space. Equipped with full-set warm white lighting system, this model vividly presents a mature, comfortable talent community scene, perfectly matching high-end real estate sales showroom display standards for domestic and overseas residential development projects.
1. High-precision Modern High-rise Building Facade Reproduction
All residential tower facades are formed by CNC cutting and 3D printing. The black-and-gray modern exterior wall adopts electroplating and layered hand painting to simulate real stone and metal panel texture. Mini transparent acrylic windows are embedded with independent warm LED lights, reproducing the bright interior night scene of residential units. The bottom commercial podium restores full glass shop facades with interior decorative details, fully showing the vitality of community supporting business.
2. Integrated UV Printing Landscape & Municipal Road System
The entire base’s green belt, road surface, road marking and traffic dividing line adopt environmental UV matte printing technology with clear, wear-resistant texture. The central courtyard is matched with graded miniature tree clusters, seasonal flowering plants and micro pedestrian figurines, creating a lively daily community atmosphere. Miniature scale cars, zebra crossings and traffic signs are arranged along urban roads to restore real urban street scenes.
3. Complete Supporting Facilities Restoration
The model fully presents matching community facilities: rooftop green landscape on commercial buildings, independent kindergarten activity space, central leisure garden and surrounding municipal green belts.
