Production Process

Every product undergoes a rigorous processing and inspection regimen to ensure that each intricate detail perfectly aligns with customer requirements.

Furniture Packaging Procedure:

1. The first layer is wrapped in PE foam with cardboard corner protectors. Wood furniture and hardware fittings are securely wrapped in PE foam or sponge, then enclosed in a woven bag or carton box, sealed with tape.

2. Glass and marble tops are initially packed with expandable polystyrene, then placed in a carton box and secured with a wooden frame for optimal protection.

3. Our expert team meticulously packs your furniture to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Our fully equipped system guarantees faster, more convenient installation.

Field Measurement and Installation
