1. What is the application of the products ?

2. What information do you need to provide us to customize the label ? Please provide us with the size of the label, artwork, quantity and the label effect you need. If you can, please tell me where the label will be used on what products, so that we can provide you with cost-effective products. Let us know if you need any suggestion from us.

3. Lead time ? According your quantity.
Usually our lead time is 4-7 workdays after production design file confirmation.

4. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation? After we quote the product price, we will provide the similar product picture or the video which the product you need. If
you need to see the actual effect of your own products, need to pay sample fee, if you make production order, we will deduct the product sample fee from the product amount.

5. Can we get some samples? Any charges? Yes, you can get available free samples in our stock and freight is at your cost, please check with us.

6.What if we found the quality problem after we got the goods ? Our staff treat every order seriously, if we have quality problem we will remake the goods for you free as soon as possible.

7. Are you a factory or a trading company? We are a direct manufacturer and have our own factory ,i believe you will be satisfied with our quality and price.
