Product description:

 

Activated alumina, also known as active alumina, the English name for Activated Alumina or Reactive alumina; activated alumin (I) um oxide. The use of alumina in the catalyst is usually designed as "activated alumina", which is a porous, high dispersion of the solid materials, a large surface area, the porous catalyst surface with the required characteristics, such as adsorption, surface activity, good thermal stability, so widely used as a catalyst for chemical reactions and catalyst carrier.

 

Activated alumina ball is a white spherical porous particles, uniform particle size, smooth surface, large mechanical strength, strong hygroscopicity, does not crack after water absorption, maintains the original state, non-toxic, odorless, insoluble in water, ethanol, fluorine It has strong adsorption and is mainly used for fluoride removal from drinking water in high fluoride areas.

Application

 

1. Activated alumina ball can be used as absorbent, desiccant and catalyst carrier. It is also a kind of trace water desiccant and the pole-molecular absorbent, according to the absorbed molecule polarization, the attachment force is strong for water, oxide, acetic acid, alkali etc.

2. Activated alumina defluorinate just as the anion exchange resin, but the selectivity is much strong. The defluorinate effect of the activated alumina is good. The capacity is stable. It has high strength, low abrasion, no softening in water, no expansion, no powdery no crack.

3. Activated alumina ball can widely be used in the deep drying of cracked gas,ethylene and propylene, hydrogen-generation, air separation, instrument air drying and fluorine treatment for H2O2, also in the absorbing pollution material, such as H2S, SO2, HF and paraffin in the waste gas, especially in the drinking water defluorinate.
 
Attention:

1. The product cannot be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with air-proof package.
2. The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350°C.
