Palm oil mills and edible-oil packers need bulk storage that stays safe, lasts for decades and does not blow the budget. A bolted glass-fused steel tank meets all three. Panels arrive flat, bolt together on site, and give you a large sealed vessel without welded seams or field painting.
No two plants store the same amount. The bolted build lets us tune diameter and height to the litres you actually hold, from a compact unit for a small processor up to the very large tanks a refinery runs. Because every panel is identical and interchangeable, you can add a ring course later if throughput grows, or unbolt the tank and move it to a new bay without scrapping the steel.
Each sheet is high-quality steel with a vitreous enamel layer fused to both faces in a furnace at about 900 °C. The glass becomes part of the metal, so it will not peel or flake. The steel resists corrosion and stands up to extreme temperatures and harsh weather, which is why these tanks keep working for many years with little or no repair. The result is a cylindrical, leak-tight vessel whose strength comes from the bolting pattern, not from a welded seam that can fail.

The fired skin is non-porous, so the stored product cannot weep through the wall and the steel cannot rust from inside.
Tough-duty corrosion range
Standard enamel holds pH 3 to 11. For aggressive media such as high-sulfur crude oil, seawater and salt fog, the special formula reaches pH 1 to 14 and resists organic and inorganic compounds alike. Name the fluid and we will match the coating grade.
Used and waste oil is a real spill risk when it sits in a makeshift pit or a failing drum. A bolted steel waste-oil tank gives the liquid a sealed, engineered home. Nothing leaks into soil or drains, so the site stays compliant and the local habitat is protected. The same reasoning applies to edible oil: a sound tank means no product loss and no contamination of the ground around it.
