1. Product Introduction

The 6001 open deep groove ball bearing is a standard single-row unsealed rolling bearing manufactured strictly following ISO industrial standards, with standard dimensions 12mm inner diameter, 28mm outer diameter and 8mm width. Made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (AISI 52100), it undergoes integral quenching and precision grinding to guarantee uniform hardness, wear resistance and stable dimensional tolerance.
Different from sealed 6001ZZ/6001-2RS bearings, this open design has no metal shields or rubber seals on both sides, fully exposing internal steel balls and cage. It enables free circulation of lubricating oil/grease, convenient on-site inspection, cleaning and supplementary lubrication, widely adopted in equipment with centralized oil lubrication systems. It can bear bidirectional radial loads and moderate axial loads simultaneously, balancing high-speed operation and load capacity, a cost-effective universal rotating support component for light & medium-duty machinery.
