High rigidity aluminum rear swingarm fits Suzuki GSX250R & DL250. Reinforced structure improves corner stability and chassis rigidity, direct bolt-on replacement for worn or damaged stock swingarm.
Upgrade your chassis rigidity and corner handling with this heavy-duty rear swingarm custom designed for Suzuki GSX250R and DL250. The stock factory swingarm will suffer slight flex after long-term use, which reduces rear wheel tracking precision during hard cornering and aggressive riding. This upgraded swingarm strengthens the rear chassis for better stability.
Fabricated from high-strength aluminum alloy with precision CNC machining. Optimized internal rib structure greatly increases torsional rigidity while keeping reasonable weight. It minimizes swingarm flex under acceleration, braking and corner load, maintaining consistent rear wheel alignment and delivering sharper, more predictable handling.
All mounting holes, axle slot, shock mount and chain adjuster positions are fully matched to GSX250R and DL250 frame and wheel assembly. Comes with built-in bushings and bearing seats. Direct bolt-on installation without frame modification. Compatible with original rear shock, wheel, chain and brake assembly.
Hard anodized surface treatment brings excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for street riding, touring and mountain curve riding. It is a premium chassis repair and performance upgrade part for GSX250R sport and DL250 adventure riders.
