This GY6 kick start shaft assembly is the core manual kick-start component specially designed for GY6 125cc and 150cc four-stroke scooter engines (152QMI /157QMJ). The shaft and sector gear adopt high-strength steel with surface hardening treatment, greatly improving wear resistance and impact resistance for frequent kick operations.
The heavy-duty return spring delivers stable reset force, ensuring the kick shaft and pedal return smoothly after each kick. Precisely machined gear teeth maintain tight meshing without slipping or grinding noise. It solves common kick start faults such as broken gear teeth, weak spring, kick pedal stuck, idling and unable to start the engine.
