The rack and pinion type manual translation platform PT-SD112, the main material of the product is high-strength aluminum alloy, the surface is oxidized black, and the dovetail auxiliary guide rail is used for guidance, with strong load capacity. It is driven by helical gear and rack, and the adjustment speed is fast. With scale on the side and locking function, the locking effect is good and the stability is high. The installation holes with standard hole spacing are distributed on the table and the base for convenient installation and combination. It can form a multi-dimensional adjustment rack or form a multi-dimensional adjustment with other series of products.
Product characteristics:
1. The screw drive mode is adopted, and the dovetail groove guide rail is not prone to position deviation after adjustment.
2. It is suitable for small adjustment operation with low working frequency.
3. The table top and bottom plate have standard installation hole positions for convenient installation and combination.
The dovetail slide platform and cross roller slide platform generally have the following differences:
1. It is different in structure. The dovetail groove type sliding platform is a guide mechanism that slides along the inner and outer dovetail grooves; The cross roller sliding table is a guide mechanism in which the rollers are arranged on the two V-groove guide rails in a straight way with each other, and the rollers roll along the V-groove while the table moves.
2. The accuracy and stroke are different. The accuracy of the cross roller slide is high, and the straightness accuracy can reach 2 μ m. Small stroke; However, the straightness accuracy of dovetail groove slide is generally 20~30 μ m. Its sliding is smooth, and it can obtain larger stroke.
3. The adjustment speed of operation is different. The dovetail groove sliding movement adjustment speed is fast. The rack and pinion type adjustment knob can move forward or backward by 18mm for one turn, while the cross roller type micrometer knob can only move forward or backward by 0.5mm for one turn. Fourth, there are differences in prices. The dovetail groove type slide has simple structure and low price, while the cross roller type slide has relatively complex structure, high precision and high price.
