Precision Hollow Electric Rotary Platform 360 Degree Continuous Rotation
The precision electric rotary table is driven by a motor to realize automatic angle adjustment. Finish machining worm gear or gear drive, with unlimited angle adjustment. Precision shafting design ensures high precision and large bearing capacity; The stepping motor and transmission parts are connected by imported high-quality elastic coupling, eliminating space and processing form and position errors. The scale of the outer circle of the rotary table top is intuitive; Standard interface, convenient for signal transmission.
Product features of precision electric rotary platform:
1. Hollow structure
The rotary table of the precision rotary table is of hollow structure, and the servo motor is connected at the side, which is convenient for the installation of the gas pipe and wire in the smelting tool.
2. High rigidity
The turntable of the precision rotary table is supported by a set of precision cross roller bearings. The rollers in the bearing are staggered at 90 degrees, and the diameter of the rollers is slightly larger than the raceway size between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, so that there is a preload between the inner and outer rings of the cross roller bearing and the rollers. Therefore, the servo rotary table turntable supported by the bearing can withstand various moments such as radial, axial, overturning, and its rigidity is more than 5 times that of the traditional bearing.
3. High rotation accuracy
After the precision rotary table is assembled, take the cross roller bearing of the platform as the rotation center, and grind the outer diameter and end face of the rotary table again (the standard level is precision turning) to ensure the coaxiality, parallelism and other geometric tolerances of the rotary table.
4. High repeated positioning accuracy
The precision rotary table uses single-stage helical gear reduction to increase the output torque. The gear accuracy is below level 5. In addition, the flexible clearance adjusting mechanism controls the side clearance by changing the center distance between two gears, so that the air return of the hollow rotary table is very small, and the repeated positioning accuracy is below 5 arc seconds.
