PT-SD4015 is a new manual precision sliding table launched by PDV. The main material of the product is hard aluminum alloy, and the surface is oxidized and black treated, with high precision, good wear resistance and beautiful appearance. The product is driven by a fine tuning screw, which has a high cost performance. The product has various sizes, and can be used in single dimension or multi-dimensional combination, which is suitable for most occasions with certain requirements for load capacity and motion accuracy.

These four requirements shall be considered when selecting the manual translation platform

The first aspect: load requirements.

When selecting the manual translation platform, the required load of the module should be considered. Because in practice, the load requirements of different types of products are different, and the gain must be calculated according to the actual load weight.

The second aspect: speed requirements.

The slip rate is generally less than the theoretical value under normal use conditions, because the speed is mainly affected by the load weight, so the operating speed should be selected according to the load rate.

The third aspect: motion accuracy requirements.

Although the repeatability of the linear slide table is high, it is highly consistent. The reciprocating equipment module at the origin returns to the starting point and the end point 30 times. However, the requirements for motion accuracy of each type of sliding platform module are different due to different use. However, if blind speed is pursued in the production process, the accuracy will be affected by the decline. Therefore, the selection accuracy should be selected according to the actual needs.

The fourth aspect: effective operation distance requirements.

The effective running distance demand sliding refers to the long-term demand of equipment moving from one end to the other. Therefore, in the selection practice, the effective running distance demand should be greater than the actual demand of about 50 mm, in order to expand the reserved space.

Selection elements of manual sliding table:

① Confirm the use environment of the sliding table: The use environment is generally divided into general environment and dust-free environment. Therefore, during the selection process, semi sealed or fully sealed type can be selected according to the environment.

② Confirm the use speed of the sliding table: the running speed of the sliding table is also affected by the material and type, such as belt type and ball screw type, with different speed requirements and different precision.

③ Confirm the effective stroke of the sliding table: for example, the belt type module is applicable to long stroke, and the screw type module is applicable to short stroke.

④ Confirm the load condition of the sliding table: the load capacity of the sliding table directly affects the selection of the sliding table, the service life of the sliding table, the friction force in the operation process, etc.

⑤ Confirm the installation mode of the sliding table: follow up the installation mode of the module and select the appropriate model.
