Auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Electric Motors with Much Broader Scope SMT-LR150-II

Equipped with one winding head and two stations with turntable structure. It can wind coils directly and orderly into transfer cup, which is controlled by six servo motors. If producing stator coils by this kind of machine, it will be eaiser to insert coils of stators with high slot fill factor & small slot opening width. To some degree, it can save labor effecitvely.

Machine "Auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Electric Motors with Much Broader Scope" is used for winding Cu/AL wires to coils automatically then putting coils into transfer cup orderly & automatically.

It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like hooking & cutting wire, high-speed mold dipping and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate.

Operators need to stand when operating.

6. Winding mode such as automatic skip, automatic cutting and automatic indexing can be set in human-machine interface, winding tension is adjustable;

7. Obtain continuous or discontinuous winding way and meets the 2 poles, 4 poles and 6 poles coils winding;

8. It saves labor and has high efficiency.
