(2) Brief Instruction of Machine
Machine "Hot Selling Stator Coil Lacing Machine with Turntable for Binding Winding Heads" is used for lacing stator coil heads automatically. It can save labors largely compared with manual. And It can set different lacing patterns, which is more flexible for using and secure.

1. Loading and unloading system on rotating table;
2. Adopting two needles to lace the stator end turns automatically;
3. Adopting CNC control system to control the servo motors of four spindles;
4. Needle transposition and stator indexing are driven by servo motor;
5. The separated type tooling design and changeover time: ≤15mins;;
6. can detect fault location, with the function of fault diagnosis;
7. Main spindle is driven by servo motor; the speed is adjustable;
