How It Works
After operator completes mold installation and parameter setup on touch screen, the stator is positioned and clamped firmly on vertical fixture. Servo system drives winding spindle and wire‑arranging mechanism to run synchronously. Copper wire passes through constant‑tension mechanism and is wound layer‑by‑layer onto stator slots. Once preset winding turns are finished, equipment stops automatically. Finished stator is unloaded, and machine is ready for next cycle. All winding parameters can be stored for repeated production orders.
