The machine features a double-station turntable structure with servo-driven indexing transfer. Each winding head operates independently under PLC control, with the ability to wind the main phase and auxiliary phase coils simultaneously. The HMI touchscreen allows operators to store multiple winding recipes, facilitating quick changeovers between different motor models with different slot counts, pole configurations, and winding patterns.

Advanced features include automatic wire clamping and cutting, automatic indexing, automatic skipping, and adjustable winding tension. How It Works


The dual-head automatic stator winding machine operates through an integrated sequence controlled by PLC programming. Step 1: The operator loads stators onto the two working stations of the turntable. Step 2: Through the HMI touchscreen, the operator selects the appropriate winding program, which stores parameters including turn number, winding speed, tooling sunk height, and winding direction.

Step 3: The turntable indexes to position the stators under the two winding heads.
