Supporting 20–160mm stator stack height and 8–48 slot specifications, the machine achieves inner expansion and outer wrapping integrated shaping to unify coil end height, outer diameter and overall gap tolerance. It stabilizes stator overall dimension consistency, reduces assembly resistance in follow-up procedures, and greatly improves finished motor uniformity for mass household and industrial motor production.
