Mainly realizes automatic loading, unloading, handling, transferring, sorting and stacking of workpieces. We are a professional heavy industry manufacturer. We own a 120,000 m2 modern production plant with registered capital of 318 million RMB. Integrated R&D, design, production & sales. 2. Can I customize the equipment according to my working site?
Yes. Overhead & gantry cranes, truss manipulators, electric transfer carts can be customized based on load capacity, span, stroke, power supply and site conditions. We provide professional customized layout solutions.
3. What is your production lead time?
Standard models: 7–15 working days. Large & non-standard automatic turnkey projects: 20–45 working days. We regularly update production photos for your reference.
4. How do you pack and ship the equipment?
Electrical components use vacuum moisture-proof packaging. Steel structures are reinforced with anti-rust protection. Fumigation-free wooden cases are optional. For oversize cargo, we arrange flat rack & open-top container sea freight solutions.
5. What's your warranty policy and after-sales service?
12 months warranty for the whole machine (wearing parts excluded). Free replacement parts for quality failures within warranty. We provide remote video technical support for overseas customers
6. Can you arrange engineers for site survey?
On-site survey service available for domestic projects. For overseas buyers, simply send site dimensions and photos, we will complete drawings and technical solutions
