1,The device is suitable for production of Stem diameter Φ5.0－Φ6.3 mm, length 105-135 mm, welding seam diameter: <20mm, Head diameter: Φ25-33 mm valve
2,Keyence 3D laser measurement LJ-X8080 for the inspection. Detection width:35mm, Repeatability precision:X-axis 1μm, Z-axis:0.5μm
3,Cycle time: ≤5.5s(Target:<5s).
4,Working level Height: 1100mm
5,The feeding frame is strong and nice appearance,the welding line is firm and smooth ,Easy to adjust and two pieces of material is not allowed to appear at the same time.
6,The feeding system is running stable and reliable,moreover,it can be adjusted flexibly,in case failure occurs,there will be interlocking and alarming.
7,The equipment inlet is equipped with FRL and a switch for discharging residual gas.
