Equipment characteristics
1. The three holes on the product need to be punched in one operation with one clamping of the equipment.
2. Equipment cycle time: CT <= 20 seconds per piece

4. The punching process involves cutting slices from the aluminum tube using a punch, followed by shaping the cut area into a circle. The punching process is illustrated in the diagram below:
5. Aluminum Tube: The aluminum tube needs to be clamped by the mold during processing, with the clamping direction consistent with the direction of circularization at the cutting point.
6. Punch Array Cutting: A punch cuts off a chunk of aluminum from the side of the aluminum tube.
7. Circularization at Cutting Point: After the punch completes the cutting, circularization is carried out at the cutting point.
