mud and oil stains on the surface of the drill pipe are scraped off, which is conducive to the collection of mud and prevents the sundries on the
drilling floor from falling into the wellhead.
Features
The double-layer mud scraper produced by our company is a disc structure. There are 4 overflow grooves symmetrically opened along the
circumferential side wall of the mud scraper body. The 4 overflow grooves are all connected to the hollow cavity in the mud scraper body. The
bottom surface of the mud scraper body is also provided with an overflow hole, and the overflow hole is communicated with the hollow cavity in
the mud scraper body.
The overall thickness of the mud scraper produced by our company is 75mm, and the thickness of the first layer and the second layer are both
25mm.

The mud scraper is installed under the drill disk and quickly installed on the drill pipe by rotating, which is convenient, safe, fast and has a long
service life.

outer wall of the drill pipe lifted upward from the well. The mud scraper scrapes off the drilling fluid on the outer wall of the drill pipe lifted upwards
, so that the outer wall of the drill pipe column lifted out is clean, and there is no drilling fluid to pollute the environment.

Material: This product uses excellent wear-resistant nitrile rubber as the basic material, and there is a skeleton inside to prevent deformation.
Main application: It can prevent the drilling fluid from returning from the well, and remove the drilling fluid from the inner wall of the drill pipe to
prevent corrosion of metals.

Tensile strength: ≥18.0MPa
Operating temperature: -60 ℃ to 120 ℃
