Rotary Vibrator Hose / Drilling Hose Description:
1. Use: high-pressure drilling hose is used for flexible connection between the top of the drilling riser and the vertically moving faucet in the oil drilling and mud conveying system, and the hose is used to adjust the installation error between the drilling pump pipe line and the riser to facilitate connection and isolation of vibration.
It is suitable for conveying water-based or oil-based mud pumped from rotary drilling equipment at a low aniline point of 66 degrees Celsius under high pressure conditions, and can prevent hydrogen sulfide erosion, and transport water, oil, mud and other high pressure media in oilfield underground operations.
2. Structure: composed of inner rubber layer or stainless steel armored inner tube, carbon fiber reinforced layer, medium rubber layer, steel wire reinforced layer (steel chain reinforced layer), carbon fiber external rubber layer.
3. Type: The product is divided into steel wire reinforced type and steel chain wire reinforced type.
4. Joint type: In addition to API Spec 5B pipeline and tubing threads, it can also provide joint and flange connection forms, and can also be manufactured according to user requirements.
