As a high-performance hot air circulation trolley furnace, the HRF1350-06 eliminates the common defects of traditional furnaces such as partial heating, large internal and external temperature difference and uneven temperature field. Equipped with a full-range hot air circulation system, it enables circulating flow of high-temperature airflow inside the furnace to achieve uniform heating without dead angles, fundamentally solving workpiece cracking, deformation and unqualified processing results caused by local overheating and uneven heating.

In terms of temperature control, the furnace adopts an intelligent programmable temperature control system. It achieves a temperature uniformity of ±5℃ under a constant temperature working condition of 600℃, far exceeding general industry standards and ensuring excellent processing consistency. It supports multi-section customized heating, constant temperature and cooling curves, allowing flexible adjustment of operating parameters according to diverse process requirements including ceramic debinding, powder drying, workpiece annealing and curing shaping. It is adaptable to diversified production processes and effectively improves the qualified rate of finished products.

The equipment adopts high-efficiency stainless steel heating tubes as core heating components, featuring high thermal efficiency, low thermal inertia and fast temperature rise. It can reach the set constant temperature rapidly without long preheating, greatly shortening the production cycle and improving workshop production efficiency. Meanwhile, it is equipped with over-temperature alarm, overload protection and multiple safety interlock devices to monitor furnace temperature and equipment operation status 24 hours a day. It will automatically power off and give an alarm in case of abnormalities, comprehensively avoiding potential production safety hazards and ensuring stable and continuous equipment operation.
