Integrating precise temperature control technology, high-efficiency hot air circulation system and energy-saving thermal insulation structure, it is widely applicable to multiple scenarios including industrial production, scientific research experiments and new material processing. With stable performance and outstanding energy-saving advantages, it has become a mainstream preferred equipment in the industry.

HRF1350‑06 Hot Air Circulation Trolley Furnace is mainly composed of furnace chamber assembly, furnace frame assembly, door cart assembly, hot air circulation system, and control system.

The furnace chamber of HRF1350‑06 Hot‑Air Trolley Furnace is hermetically welded from high‑quality stainless‑steel plates. Ceramic‑fiber insulation is filled between the outer stainless‑steel shell of the chamber and the interior of the furnace door. Owing to the excellent thermal‑insulation property and extremely low heat capacity of ceramic fiber, the equipment can realize rapid temperature rise, while greatly reducing its energy consumption and surface temperature, achieving remarkable energy‑saving effects.The HRF1350-06 hot-air trolley furnace features optimized structural technology with comprehensive upgrades from furnace chamber materials to thermal insulation configuration, thoroughly solving the common problems of traditional trolley furnaces such as slow temperature rise, high energy consumption, uneven furnace temperature, hot surface temperature and short service life.

  1. Temperature Performance

    • Rated temperature: 600°C, with a maximum working temperature of 650°C, meeting the requirements of most medium-to-high-temperature heat treatment processes.

    • Equipped with 2 temperature control points for precise regulation of the working zone temperature, ensuring stability within the set range.

    • Features 2 temperature measurement points for real-time monitoring of the heating chamber temperature, facilitating process control and data recording.

    • Uses K-type thermocouples as temperature sensors, known for their wide measurement range, stability, and fast response, making them ideal for high-temperature applications.

    • Effective chamber dimensions: 750mm (W) × 2000mm (D) × 900mm (H), capable of accommodating large batches of materials.

    • The chamber is constructed from SUS310S stainless steel, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, suitable for prolonged high-temperature operation.

    • Heating elements consist of stainless steel heating tubes, featuring high thermal efficiency, low thermal inertia, and long service life, making them a common choice for high-temperature heating.

    • Maximum heating power: 90 kW, enabling rapid heating for efficient production. In standby mode, power consumption can be maintained below 45 kW, demonstrating energy-saving performance.

    • Surface temperature rise ≤35°C, indicating superior insulation that ensures operator safety and minimizes heat loss to the environment.

  4. Loading and Material Handling

    • Uses SUS310S stainless steel racks arranged in a 3-layer × 3-column layout. Each layer can hold trays containing crucibles, with detachable tray designs for easy loading and cleaning.

    • Maximum load per rack layer: 40 kg. Overloading is prohibited to ensure temperature uniformity and structural safety.

    • Users must provide their own crucibles (specification: φ400 × 200 mm, cylindrical), suitable for heat treatment processes in ceramics, powder metallurgy, or related industries.

  5. Program Control and Safety Protection

    • Supports 20-step program control, allowing users to preset multi-stage temperature, time, and process parameters for complex heating, holding, and cooling processes.

    • Includes multiple alarm protections: overtemperature, thermocouple failure, low air pressure, low water pressure, etc. All anomalies trigger audible and visual alarms to prompt timely intervention, ensuring equipment and operator safety.

    • Fan overcurrent protection prevents motor damage due to excessive load.

    • Complies with surface temperature rise ≤35°C requirements, maintaining safe exterior temperatures and reducing heat dissipation hazards.

  6. Air Circulation System

    • Equipped with a dual-circulation fan system, with a total air circulation range of (5000-6800 m³/h) × 2. This dual-fan configuration significantly improves temperature uniformity and heat exchange efficiency, ensuring consistent material heating.

III. Normal Operating Conditions

To ensure safe, stable, and long-term efficient operation of the HRF1350-06 Hot Air Car Furnace, the following environmental, power, and auxiliary system requirements must be met:

  1. Environmental Conditions

    • Ambient temperature: 0-40°C, relative humidity ≤80% RH. Avoid corrosive gases or strong airflows to prevent impacts on furnace temperature fields and component lifespan.

  2. Air Supply (Intake)

    • Requires dry, clean, oil-free compressed air at 0.2-0.4 MPa, with consumption of 15-30 m³/h (varies by operating state).

    • Air quality directly affects furnace atmosphere and component longevity. Recommend installing filters and dryers for air treatment.

  3. Cooling Water Requirements

    • For water-cooled components (e.g., electrical cabinet or specific heating elements), use clean, non-corrosive water at ≤23°C, 0.2-0.4 MPa pressure, and a flow rate of 6-18 L/min.

    • Adjust and maintain the water circulation system as needed.

  4. Ventilation System

    • Exhaust must be non-contact connected to a user-provided extraction system (e.g., ducts or fume hoods) with capacity >40 m³/h to expel fumes, hot air, or volatiles, ensuring a safe workshop environment.

  5. Electrical Requirements

    • Three-phase five-wire power supply: three live wires (yellow, green, red), one neutral (blue), one ground (yellow-green). Voltage: 380V (main)/220V (auxiliary), 50 Hz.

    • Total power capacity >130 kVA to ensure stable current during heating and prevent voltage fluctuations affecting temperature control or equipment lifespan.

    • Wiring must comply with standards, especially ensuring reliable grounding for operator and equipment safety.

  6. Installation Site Requirements
