Model HRF930-05 hot air box furnace is a precision hot air circulating electric box furnace developed by Hefei Zhire Equipment. It is specially used for electronic ceramic powder curing, binder removal, aging and annealing of metal parts, and supports non-standard customization.
The whole oven is mainly divided into four major parts: furnace body structure, hot air circulation system, temperature control system and tail gas treatment unit.

The entire furnace body structure consists of the heating chamber, hot air system and control system. The heating chamber is hermetically welded from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ceramic fiber insulation material is filled between the heating chamber and the furnace frame. The whole furnace is supported by four anchor feet with adjustable height ranging from 80 mm to 200 mm.
The hot air system consists of a circulating fan, air ducts and heaters. The circulating fan is mounted on the top of the heating chamber. Circulating air is discharged from the right side at the top of the heating chamber and drawn in from the left side through the working chamber. Stainless steel heaters are arranged at the air outlet of the top deflector plate. The motor drives the centrifugal impeller; the generated air flow circulates horizontally along the specially designed air ducts inside the heating chamber. The fan speed is regulated by a frequency converter, with a maximum circulating air volume of 4300 m³/h.
This hot air box furnace features uniform temperature field, low heat loss and stable binder removal performance, widely applied in electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, composite curing and heat treatment. Custom sizes and tail gas treatment options are available.
