1. Applications:
It is primarily used for the sintering process of lithium battery cathode and anode materials, and is also applicable for the sintering processes of magnetic materials, electronic components, electronic ceramics, and other related products.

- Furnace Chamber Material: Inner layer made of alumina products, outer layer constructed with ceramic fiber inorganic standard panels
- Process Atmosphere: Air or Nitrogen
- Temperature Control Stability: The imported temperature control module boasts a temperature regulation precision of ±1°C and features PID parameter auto-tuning functionality.

- Temperature control points: The temperature is controlled at the upper and lower points, with a single temperature measurement point in the middle.

- Oxygen Content Detection: Configure a micro-oxygen analyzer to monitor the oxygen content inside the furnace chamber in real time.
- Exhaust: The top of the furnace is designed with an exhaust chimney, which allows for manual adjustment of the exhaust volume.
- Alarm System: over temperature, thermocouple failure and other abnormal conditions will activate sound and light alarm protection, over temperature heating power will turn off automatically
