Lithium Battery Anode Material Graphitization (Core Application)
Acts as the key material container in Acheson furnaces and internal-series graphitization furnaces, holding calcined petroleum coke, needle coke and other anode raw materials to complete graphitization purification at 2800–3000℃. It is an essential kiln furniture for mass production of artificial graphite anodes, ensuring stable crystal structure and high purity of final anode materials.
Non-ferrous Metal Melting & Refining
Used for large-scale melting, heat preservation and refining of gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc and their alloys. Its strong chemical inertness prevents reaction with molten metal, effectively maintaining metal purity, and adapts to intermediate frequency furnaces, resistance furnaces and other melting equipment.
