The KL99-PAPR is a battery-powered fan that together with a filter and an approved head top, is included in the fan-assisted respiratory protective device systems. This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration. The human interface may consist of a hood, face shield, half mask or full face mask. The fan is equipped with a filter, and the filtered air is fed through a hose to the human interface. The pressure then generated prevents surrounding pollutants from penetrating into the mask. Power blower unit provides filtered air for the widest range of industrial applications as diverse as industrial welding, agriculture and waste disposal.

This product is used as an auxiliary part of communication with the mask. This product has a unique design, which can effectively amplify the voice of the person wearing the mask, keep the communication smooth, and ensure the clear and sonorous sound quality. The respirator is with a three-pot structure design and it is also equipped with rechargeable lithium battery, making it an ideal breathing apparatus with energy saving, good stability, high safety and reliability.

The product is composed of a rechargeable lithium battery electric blower as the air source, a corrugated hose and a full face mask, connecting with filter cartridge to meet people's breathing needs.

The effective storage period of the filter (sealed storage) is 3 years. The storage environment should be dry, ventilated, free of contaminants such as acids, alkalis, and solvents. HEPA Filter tank is a high-efficiency dust-proof and anti-toxic filter tank: suitable for preventing all kinds of particles (dust, mist, smoke, etc.) and a variety of toxic and harmful odors, built-in 98mmX20mmHEPA (filter precision 0.3 microns) and 30mm thickness (about100g) high-efficiency catalytic activated carbon, which can not only filter out all kinds of dust and bacteria, viruses, but also filter high concentrations of toxic and harmful gases.

After the blower is installed with HEPA filter tank, the air supply volume of the respirator is 140L/Min. When used for anti-virus, the filter can simultaneously remove acid gas, alkaline gas, neutral gas and organic matter gas. The comprehensive filtering effect is excellent. This feature is difficult to achieve with ordinary activated carbon and filtering materials. The anti-virus time depends on the working environment. When you breathe an odor, it means that the HEPA filter tank should be replaced in time.
