The K800 series is an explosion-proof fixed gas detector designed for continuous gas concentration monitoring in industrial environments. It uses catalytic, electrochemical or infrared sensing technology according to the target gas and provides reliable gas concentration measurement for industrial safety applications.

    The detector supports 4-20mA analog output and RS485 MODBUS communication, making it suitable for connection with PLC, DCS, gas detection controllers and other industrial control systems.

Typical Applications

K800 can be used for continuous monitoring in oil and gas facilities, chemical plants, industrial workshops, storage areas, gas stations and other locations where combustible or toxic gas leakage may occur.

The detector can transmit gas concentration signals to a central controller or PLC/DCS system and can activate external equipment such as exhaust fans when preset alarm thresholds are exceeded.
