WT602 Laser Dust Meter
Product Description
The WT602 Dust Meter is an independently developed and manufactured online dust monitoring system. It employs laser backscatter measurement technology with all key components imported, providing highly accurate and reliable continuous monitoring of particulate matter emissions from various pollution sources. The device can be integrated with a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) or operate independently in single or multiple-unit networks, sharing a common data acquisition and processing platform.
The WT602 is widely applied across thermal power, steel and metallurgy, petrochemical, cement, ceramics, and waste incineration industries. It is suitable for monitoring emissions from boilers, industrial kilns, and flue gas desulfurization and dust removal systems, ensuring precise control of particulate matter emissions.
Technical Characteristics
Utilizes laser backscatter technology to maintain stability, minimizing errors caused by mechanical vibrations or uneven temperature-induced refractive index changes.
Supports single-side installation without the need for optical path alignment.
On-site display allows direct reading of dust concentration at the monitoring location.
Laser beam modulation enhances the system’s resistance to interference.
Designed for tool-free installation, simplifying field setup and reducing installation complexity.
Provides standard 4–20 mA industrial current output for easy system integration.
Extremely low power consumption, approximately 3 W for the entire device.
Standard configuration is suitable for flue walls less than 400 mm thick and stacks larger than the device label size, with customizable measurement areas adjustable under professional guidance.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Note: has adopted a 128x64 graphic LCD for display. The LCD contrast display adjustment can be made through adjusting a potentiometer on the front panel.
